When booking your hair appointment, we encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery, as well as unplanned delays.Order processing time is 8-11 business days. The cut-off time does not apply to items that are sold out, out of stock, or on pre-order. Orders that include an item that is not available at that moment will be held and shipped out once the item is back in stock. We are working hard to get your order to you can soon as possible!
